Dear MAC Heating & Air Conditioning Employees, I appreciate the professionalism that your company showed for the new a/c and heating unit that was installed in my home during the cold conditions of December 2013. From the front desk, the sales person, to the installers, I was pleased at the level of service, response time, and price point for this work. Your sales person gave me options and valuable suggestions. The installers were on time and I learned a lot from talking with them as they replaced my old heat pump, indoor unit, and new thermostat. The front of the office kept me informed of the progress, filed the necessary paperwork for a county inspection, and forwarded information to the electric company for a rebate… all quite seamless for me. Again it was a pleasure to do business with you. I feel confident that the quotes from the other company’s I had received, would not have been as caring and considerate as you.

My furnace chose Thanksgiving day to act up. It would not heat, nor would it shut off, and I assumed that I would reach no one on Thanksgiving. Friday morning I contacted a number of places listed on the Internet and found nowhere open. I contacted Mac Heating & Air Conditioning around Noon. Cynthia answered, and she was personable and responsive to my need. She dispatched Charles, who showed up at my door before 1 PM. Charles set to work on my outdoor unit before I even opened my door to greet him. He had the problem fixed within a half hour, and even installed a new furnace filter. I would have been pleased with same-day service, but same-hour service is….what’s a good word?…. AWESOME? Charles was as personable as Cynthia and Tonia have been, and the job was completed effectively and FAST! When the bill arrived, it was somewhat lower than I had expected. To say that I am satisfied does not express it fully. I feel fortunate to have made the call to Mac.

My wife Kathy and I would are “proud” owners of a new Lennox Signature Series unit and wanted to recognize your Mac Team for exceptional service and professionalism.

We had a few service calls on our Rudd unit and during the most recent service call the technician Mike suggested that we might want to consider a new Lennox unit. I immediately called Tonia to request a quote and the very same day Tony Staton was at my door. Tony did an excellent job preparing a quote and thanks to his thorough presentation we decided to make the upgrade to Lennox. The decision was easy as your service team has helped us several times in the past and we know that can count on the Mac team for superior service.

The installation process was a smooth as it could be … Casey, James, Larry did an extraordinary job and we are very satisfied with their work. We had heat the day the new furnace was delivered. In addition to the installation of our furnace we also had two new ducts installed on our sun porch and we were very happy with the installation. We cannot thank your team enough as they are a “credit” to the MAC company. We will be sure to mention our very positive experience to all our friends and neighbors.
